The first time I saw the cover of Thief's Covenant , it left me giggled. It reminds me of my younger days when I played a lot of video games. Seeing a heroine hanging on the ceiling while searching for artifact like that sure made me think of Lara Croft. Yes, Tomb Raider is my all time favorite video game. That game then of course became my motivation of reading this book. Quite weird, huh?

The Peach Keeper has been sitting on my to-read list for months, but I am glad that I finally read it. It's my first time reading Sarah Addison Allen's book and to be honest, I was quite impressed by her work. When I first glanced at this book, I thought this was going some kind of historical mystery fiction or something like that. But I was wrong.
