Review : The Age of Ra by James Lovegrove

Tittle : The Age of Ra (Pantheon Triptych #1)
Author : James Lovegrove
Publication date : July 28th, 2009 by Solaris
Audience : Adult

I am a big fan of mythology, no matter where it comes from be it China, Greece or in this case Egypt.  The Age of Ra is the first military novel I read. Usually, armies and guns don't catch my attention, but since this book is mixed with mythology, I picked it up. I'm all for mixing and matching genre, after all and it's enough to get me exited to finish reading it as soon as possible.

Review : Legend by Marie Lu

Tittle : Legend (Legend #1)
Author : Marie Lu
Publication date: November 29, 2011 by Putnam Juvenile
Audience : Young adult

Legend had been sitting on my to-read list for months, but I finally picked it up. I was quite dissapointed with how The Hunger Games ended (see my reasons here) so I can say that I wasn't in the mood to read another young adult dystopian novels. Lately, I was looking for an unhappy book, and that's how I ended up reading it.

Review : The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

Tittle : The Fault in Our Stars
Author : John Green
Publication date : January 10, 2012 by Dutton Juvenile
Audience : Young adult

Honestly, I don't know what to begin this review with. I am quite emotional right now, thanks to The Fault in Our Stars, so I can say that I am now speechless. It is not by all means the saddest book I have ever read, Well, I did let go a tear or two, however that's not the point, I guess. I am sure that's not the reason why John Green wrote this book in the first place.

Review : The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson

Tittle : The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo (Millenium #1)
Author : Stieg Larsson
Publication date : September 16th 2008 by Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group
Audience : Adult

Well, I took a long time to finish The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo . When I first heard the tittle of this book, I was quite sure that the story has something to do with China *giggles*. But well, that was months ago when I didn't know the hype. One day, I saw the trailer of the movie and noticed Daniel Craig in it. I said to myself well, this must not be just an ordinary book.
