Jelena Eddy moved to Colorado Springs when she was in the fourth grade. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in human biology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, in 2010. Jelena then attended one of the nation\u2019s top-rated physician assistant programs at the University of Colorado, Denver. She graduated with her Master of Science in 2015. Jelena spent seven years in family practice, gaining valuable experience. She transitioned into Dermatology three years ago, allowing her to merge her previous knowledge with her passion for skin. Jelena\u2019s dedication to outstanding patient care and contagious personality contributes to a warm and welcoming environment. With her blend of expertise and enthusiasm, Jelena is committed to delivering exceptional dermatologic care at AboutSkin.<\/p>
She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is committed to providing high quality patient care and always puts the patient’s needs first. She takes care of patients who have medical dermatology conditions including but not limited to acne, eczema, dermatitis, moles, warts, and skin cancer. Jelena strives to take care of the entire person, listening and developing relationships with not only the patient but family as well.<\/p>
